Delilahmae-Anne Bliss was kicked out of her abusive home after she told her parents she was pregnant, though the pregnancy was not her fault seeing as she was raped and left for dead in an alleyway where the police found her two days after she went missing. It’s been a month since her parents found out and she is now on her way to live with her Grandmother who is going through cancer treatment. Though she’s sick her grandmother didn’t think twice about taking in her only granddaughter and knows it will be for the best. Delilah is looking forward to being around someone who loves and cares for her and to take care of her grandmother but she also is dreading having to go to school, a new school where she’ll be stared and judged at. She’s also afraid because she’ll know nothing of the men there and even though it’s been almost seven months since she was raped most men scare her especially of she doesn’t know them. Delilah had no plans on making friends at this school, but within a blink of an eye she finds herself surrounded by a bunch of people who care and love about her.
